The music and culture communities continue to thrive, I have identified a few outlets that I believe can help to expand the presence and visability. In addition to keeping a strong presence on campus, I believe that there is great opportunity for the brand to make in roads with some of the cities burgeoning art communities.
- Gasa Gasa, New Orleans newest all ages venue is currently booking some of the most cutting edge artists ( both local and national artists )
- Antigravity magazine is currently viewed as the "go to" alt weekly for the city.
- Community records has been building a active community of music lovers and their annual block party is now in its third year.
- Parasite skate park ( I am thrilled with Red Bull's involvement/commitment so far) could be a great outlet for Red Bull TV,I envision a " live from parasite" series- giving touring and local artists a neat opportunity to perform quick sets , or even show off some off their best ramp tricks!
